It's about school.
A school where the teacher's mere presence acted as a sedative.A school that I grudgingly became a part of... (X-P..*Sigh*
Friends at school-Quoting a dumb fuck-"Machcha..U cant get people like theese all again da".
So true!.And the best part-You can never grow tired of them!

The blog ain't dead.Only the authors are lazy.So, here it goes..I have had some questions in mind and am hoping to receive answers from you guys to most of these questions.

1)Why was the only chemistry to be found in the lab happen to be the chemistry b/w Reddy n Satchi?

Its surprising why their names didn’t come up in response to Ritesh's now discarded post about the cutest couple at Venkat.
Lets say there is a thin line dividing a platonic relationship from a (ahem!) you-know–what relationship and in this case ..the crossover(pun intended)did happen in full public view.
It also doesn’t help matters to walk into the library and find Reddy sitting there reading a book on chemistry (yuck!).Watching him receiving a missed call and then having to look up and find him walking to the nearest window to wave at Satchi who was standing ..what ..only fifty feet away??
Pangs of separation..you tell me!

2)Ok Now Mrs Madhusmita’s turn.."Why was she under the impression that numericals in her class helped us relax?"

With all due respect to ..who in my opinion is the best teacher at Venkat..I fail to understand why she thought that a numerical problem after an exhaustive session of a topic in Physics would help our tired brains relax..I mean, yours truly, in his attempt at solving the problem would end up writing 3X3=6 !..Sooo much for relaxation..!

3)Satchi again..So where does he come up with all those wisecracks?

SAMPLE THIS-Situation:Abhinav has just told Satchi how he’s done only half the homework..
MY RESPONSE:Heh?There was homework to be done?
Satchi to Abhinav--"Tell me, if u jump half the well or three-fourth of a well..you fall inside it.correct?
IN ENGLISH--Whether you manage to jump halfway or more across the mouth of a well ,you’ll still fall into it.
MORAL OF THE STORY--The end result is all that matters.
Or ,Half-hearted attempts never work, take your pick.
Of course, the ones about the idlis
and "No work done+Excuse+Nonsense=No work done", will remain etched in our memories forever.
Another Confucius in the making..you tell me!

4)Aah yes! A.S.(Stand-in Physics teach)! By the way I still don’t know what those initials stand for..and have absolutely no clue as to what her name is..the question--
Does she suffer from selective Amnesia?

In my very punctual *cough* attendance at Venkat, I did manage to squeeze in a couple of Thursdays(That’s when she took class..right?)
Seated in the last benches ..yes,yes..I did listen to stuff that she said.
For example-"Blah blah..Physics…blah...blah..Optics…blah..Gold medalist in University!"
But what comes to the mind foremost is-"You there, Why are you smiling?. Do you want me to take away your PE class?".
Also,"I know you aren’t happy with me taking class." (Hmmm..I wonder what gave her that impression?
..Was it the plain indifference clearly visible on our faces? Or was it having to look up at the class and find quite a few of us peacefully dozing?..beats me!)
and of course the evergreen"I wont return to this XIIth standard ..Humph!"
This was the case every Thursday and the week after she would be back..so tell me..how come she forgets the "I wont return …..Humph!" bit but doesn’t forget to leave her hard arse attitude behind before entering the class???

5)Reddy ..Reloaded..Whats up with Reddy and D and F block?

Mr Reddy ..a hit among the students..loved by one and all..well,almost all!
..Aww shucks..Who am i kidding??With his Chemistry.. and demeanor,He could easily pass off as the modern day incarnation of the Greek God of Sleep.*Yawn*.
He takes his chemistry seriously but he lost me on the D and F block elements..Whats with the fixation?It took him only a dozen periods and TWO HUNDRED GOD DAMNED YEARS.. to complete it ..Why did he drag on with this particular chapter?

6)Vinayak AKA Punchbag..So why did Vinayak prefer spending more time with the eleventh to ‘quality time (:-P)’ with his own classmates?

From day one I am sick and tired of having to listen to people telling me.."Vinayak..He’s this..and he’s that .."Bloody hell..STFU..get out and get a life!!.Why this obsession with the poor guy?I know he aint great shakes at academics but his networking skills are far better than all of ours put together..Let him be..
PS..yeah ..he does tell long drawn out stories..Do cut down on them ;)!

7)Last Bench..all right!!!Question-How is that the last benches got away with almost everything?

I am referring to the benches occupied by Abhinav n gang and nobody else…
Some called it-Being partial
Others called it-Favoritism
Some attributed it to -Luck
My Verdict-"Yeh to Yaaron ka Tashan hai Boss!"
Its an open observation that the benches in question got away with whatever they did irrespective of the period and the teacher.But what most of us are just curious about the English period where the rest of the class was’nt allowed to do their Math and Physics but these guys engaged in elaborate Pen Fights,Word Games and other pastimes..We may never know the answer..!

This is how it unfolded..(left-time elapsed,right-response)
5 seconds -Loud laughter
10 Muffled laughter, Smiles and Satchi finally notices..!
15 Satchi asks"Which idiot wrote this?"
30 People start to look at me
45 The other teachers follow the trend and start to look at me
60 Everybody I know is convinced that it was me writing that!!!
Whoever it is ..you got personal that time..you better own up!

Just curious..thats all..Bunked it once and participated in the next edition but what do the words mean? And what did you think of the quiz? Vinyasa dhara-Are they words from Kannada or Sanskrit?

Long Summer days ..too hot to go outside..Nothing on TV..You get the idea..!
With the Rasmus-Sail Away playing on my comp right now..Dunno why but I felt I have to write this piece.Besides,I have only recently established contact with my ‘Rhetorical self’ and my conscience.
It happened when I was seated with a friend under a tree ..not a La Buddha ,Bodhi tree ,enlightenment…..This tree is the big one in Monkey park..You should sit under it sometime..just be wary of the missiles(guided by Newton’s gift to the world---gravity) dropped by the birds !!

My earliest memory of this bast-> is from my first day at school.It was hate at first sight!!.
I am stumped as to how he claims to be a PE teacher with that malnourished body of his and why was he obsessed with that sad game called Kho-Kho??Sadistic freak,harassing students under the pretext of discipling them..sheesh!!!
So how far is it true that he got chucked out of his old school for misbehaving with ze ladies there??All the more proof of him being a Closet Pervert..Theres more to him than just all this but anymore of my views on him will result in flagging of this blog for having offensive material!!

It’s a blur actually..i just remember being sorted into houses..was in yellow.
A few volley ball matches and some pathetic sports days(At shotput,Me beat muscle-muscle Maneesh and what did i get??..A certificate signed by that piece of sorry arse Anthony) ..et all...but which house finally won the house cup and where was it put on display at school?

Abhinav-Has recently hurt his leg under circumstances too gruesome to describe.Wishing you a speedy recovery maga!.Was recently heard resolving..(more like trying to convince himself,if you ask me!)..that he would be punctual in attendance at his new college and would be on time for college.Yeah right..Like that would ever happen. :D

Abhishek-Is recovering from withdrawal symptoms.The stores near his house don't stock up Orbit anymore.That should explain his symptoms.Was also seen brushing up on his Kannada.So watch out!!..he might just try his Kannada on you..Is also accused of having Multiple Personality Disorder and yes he is still hitting on HER!.

Ashwin-Shaves a lot more often these days..Used to scare a lot of little kids in his neighbourhood with that unshaven face of his.Now,The kids sleep peacefully at night.Has incorporated a lot of Japanese words in his vocabulary.
Was heard using the japanese word bakha(?).
Somebody has to get to the guy's house and get rid of his stock of Japanese manga and anime.
